Commercial only. Coast Floors specializes in B2B work — auto dealerships, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and commercial interiors. We don't take residential calls because doing both well requires different crews, different materials, and different scheduling assumptions.

Statewide. We're based in Irvine, with our day-to-day work concentrated across Southern California — Orange County, LA, the Inland Empire, and San Diego. We also bid Northern California jobs (Bay Area, Sacramento, Central Valley) for the right scope and project size.

Yes. Healthcare, retail, and dealership work almost always requires phased installation around active operations. We schedule around your hours, sequence the work to keep zones available, and provide nightly cleanups so the space is presentable at open.

Yes. CSLB #503410, fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Bond and insurance certificates available on request — typical bond capacity scales to most commercial flooring scopes.

Smaller TI scopes (under 10,000 sf): 3–5 business days. Larger projects with material specification, mockups, or attic-stock requirements: 1–2 weeks. Submittals and shop drawings, when required, are produced in-house.

Workmanship is warrantied per project, with terms tied to the scope and material specification. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through unmodified — we maintain registration on your behalf for warranty-tracking products.
