The fine print,
kept short.
The basic terms that govern your use of coastfloorsinc.com and the information you submit to Coast Floors.
Effective May 11, 2026
The short version
- Submitting a quote here doesn’t create a contract — we sign a written agreement before any work starts.
- Service warranties live in your project contract, not on this site.
- We don’t process payments through this site.
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coastfloorsinc.com (the “Site”), operated by Coast Floors, Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. What this Site is and isn't
This Site is informational. It describes the services we offer, lets you request a quote, and gives you ways to contact us. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract — any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement we sign together before starting a project.
Estimates we publish or provide are good-faith approximations and may change once we evaluate the actual site, materials, and scope.
We don’t accept payments through this Site. Payment for any project is arranged in the written contract we sign together.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
- Provide a phone number you don’t own or aren’t authorized to receive SMS at. By submitting a number, you confirm it’s yours and that you’re authorized to consent on its behalf.
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, including scraping, hammering forms, probing for vulnerabilities, or evading rate limits.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited marketing or spam.
- Copy or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photos, graphics, logos, layout — is owned by Coast Floors, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
5. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to or embed third-party content (Google Maps, social media profiles, vendor sites). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
6. SMS communications
If you provide your phone number and consent to text messages on our quote form, you agree to the SMS program terms set out in our Privacy Policy, including frequency, opt-out (reply STOP), and that message and data rates may apply.
7. No warranty on Site content
We work to keep Site content accurate, but we don’t guarantee it. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Service warranties (workmanship, materials) are separate from this Site and live in the written contract we sign with you for an actual project. Nothing on the Site creates a service warranty by itself.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coast Floors, Inc.is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.
Our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site (separate from any project contract) is limited to $100or the amount you’ve paid us through the Site, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Coast Floors, Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
