This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, just call or email us.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business:

• Information you give us — when you submit a quote request, leave private feedback, or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, phone number (if provided), email address (if provided), project details, and any other information you choose to share.
• Automatic information — when you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, and timestamp. IP addresses are hashed before any analytics storage.
• Cookies & analytics— we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn’t require a banner. If a Google Analytics property is connected for this Site, it places standard first-party cookies; you can opt out via Google’s ad settings or browser controls.

• To respond to your quote request, follow up on a project, or schedule work.
• To send transactional messages about your project (estimate, scheduling, payment, follow-up).
• To send marketing or promotional messages — including post-job review requests and occasional offers on future services — only if you have given express consent (see Section 4).
• To improve the Site and our services.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When you submit our quote form with the SMS consent box checked (the box is checked by default; you can uncheck it before submitting to opt out), you are confirming your consent to receive text messages from Coast Floors. The terms below govern that program.

• Program purpose. Account/service messages (responses to your inquiry, project scheduling, missed-call follow-up) and marketing messages (post-job review requests, future-service discount offers, occasional promotions).
• Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiry, after a job is completed, and periodically (typically no more than once every 2–3 months) about future services.
• Message and data rates may apply.Carrier rates depend on your mobile plan; we don’t charge for the messages themselves.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• How to get help. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at info@coastfloorsinc.com / (714) 754-6356.
• No third-party sharing for marketing. The phone number you provide and your consent to receive SMS messages will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your consent is given to Coast Floors, Inc. only, and applies only to messages from Coast Floors.
• Carrier responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By submitting your phone number with the marketing-SMS box checked, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number, and that you agree to these terms and our Terms & Conditions.

The Site relies on a small number of vendors that may process limited information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, security. May log request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance.
• Resend — email delivery. When you submit a form on the Site (a quote request or private review feedback), your details are delivered to us by email through Resend, which processes that submission solely to deliver it to us.
• Google Maps— embedded map tiles on our contact and service-area pages. Subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

These vendors operate under their own privacy commitments and are contractually limited to processing information for the purposes we’ve described.

We keep contact and project information as long as we have an active business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, warranty, and legal recordkeeping (typically 7 years for project records). You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email info@coastfloorsinc.comwith your request and we’ll respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell.
• The right to delete personal information we collected from you.
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither).
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@coastfloorsinc.com. We will verify your request before responding.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
